We also cook straight American, soul-food and Italian menus when that is what the room wants, and halal-sourced proteins are available across every menu. Repasts & memorials
If you are arranging a repast, start here.
Nobody plans a repast in advance. It lands on you with a funeral home, a church hall, a guest count that keeps changing and nine other things to arrange — usually from your phone, usually in the same week.
Send us the date, the hall and roughly how many people. We will come back with what we can do and what it costs, and if we cannot hold your date we will say so straight away rather than leave you waiting. You should not have to chase a caterer during a week like this one.
